Chris Mubiru , former technical director of the Ugandan national team football, was convicted last year for sodomy and sentenced to ten years in prison.
The condemnation came after the release of a recording in which Mubiru had sexual relations with a 17 year old boy allegedly spoiled.
In Uganda governs persecution against homosexuals, so the trial judge found guilty of having sex Mubiru "against nature" .
After appealing to the Supreme Court of his country, Mubiru got the conviction is overturned by deeming the video broadcast is not sufficient evidence to go to prison.
