The fashion blogger was with Zaza, 25, as he completed his initial season-long loan deal to the Hammers, although there is a clause in place that will ensure his permanent stay.

Chiara actually has a significant amount more followers than Zaza himself, who has 760k, despite his status as a top footballer.
